Hoi,

In je logje is dus absoluut niks verkeerd te zien. Je pc is goed beveiligd, je windows updates lijke me ook in orde, dus ik denk dat je zal moeten zoeken in de richting van hardware.
Krijg je een blauw scherm voordat je pc uitvalt? Zoja: welke foutcode wordt er dan vermeld? Misschien dat we via die code iets meer te weten kunnen komen.

Ik heb een tijdje geleden hetzelfde probleem gehad .
Mijn oplossing was gewoon het vele stof verwijderen van de koeling rond de processor , deze zat pot dicht .

denk ook aan een temp probleem van je cpu.
als je je videokaart hebt ge-oc'd zou je eerst rare strepen in beeld moeten krijgen (artifacts)
