Heb hier een Engelse uitleg om dit probleem op te lossen.
Mocht je er moeite mee hebben dan hoor ik het wel van je.

1) Verify that the user performing the installation has Administrative privileges. This
problem can be caused where a user does not have the permissions to use certain
resources / library files needed to perform the installation.
2) Follow the process below concerning anti-virus software. The program may not be
able to find the resource (library file) as the file has not been correctly registered on
the computer. Internally we have not reproduced problems associated with Anti-Virus
software, however the advice below has been known to solve customer problems in
other circumstances. After the second reboot re-test installing SolidWorks.
We have found that with these Anti-Virus systems if a reboot is triggered during
software installation – including revised device drivers the installation does not
complete properly. A reboot during installation is triggered normally to update
library files that are in use at the time the software is installed. Typically these are
common Microsoft library files in the System 32 directory though others can be
affected as well. With some Anti-Virus systems the process of updating these files
during the boot process is identified as a potential virus activity and prevented from
completing. Whilst in some cases a re-installation of SolidWorks with the Anti-virus
system set to not start on reboot can be necessary we have seen the following
workflow correct problems:
Download the latest anti-virus signature file.
Disconnect computer from the network
Scan the computer for Viruses – take action if any are found
Set the anti-virus system to not start on reboot
Reboot the computer
Set the anti-virus system to start on reboot
Reboot the computer
Reconnect the computer to the network
3) If the problem continues the installation will need to be diagnosed by a
technical support engineer. Please collect the following information:
Capture a log file during the installation:
Manually start the installation using the command line
Msiexec /i <Path to the solidworks msi file> /L*v <Path to the log file>
For a CD installation the command would look like:Msiexec /i
D:\swwi\data\English_i386_SolidWorks.Msi /L*v C:\log\log.txt.
This will create a log file c:\log\log.txt which will need to be sent to technical support.
Also collect the following computer files:
Application and system event files
1. Right-click on "My computer" and select "Manage"
2. Select System Tools > Events >Application events
3. Right-click > Save log file as
4. Save the file with a name such as ApplicationEvents.EVT. Use the EVT format as
this is more useful than the TXT format.
5. Repeat the process for the System events log and use a name such as
SystemEvents.evt
System Information file
1. Run the command MSINFO32, or go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System
Tools > and select System Information
2. Select <Action> Save as System information file. Call the file SystemInfo.nfo BRON: Baidu

Misschien ga je de fout al wat beter verstaan indien je weet wat een DLL bestand eigenlijk is. Meer uitleg hierover vind je hier (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/87934/nl)

Even omzetten in wat we noemen moerstaal....

Zorg dat je aangemeld bent als beheerder. Het betreft hier een installatie en toegang tot bronfiles, die voor gewone gebruikers ontoegankelijk zijn.

Sommige anti-virusprogramma's zullen het vinden van de juiste bronbestanden verhinderen omdat ze niet correct zijn geregistreerd. Daardoor zal bij het herstarten van de computer de installatie van Solid Works ook onvolledig gebeuren. Dit herstarten is echter noodzakelijk om de bronbestanden te updaten, je anti-virus programma beschouwt dit als potentieel vijandig en blokkeert de actie. Ook andere systeembestanden (system32) worden dan niet of niet correct bijgewerkt.

Wat je kan doen.


Haal de laatste anti-virus definities binnen, schakel daarna je internetverbinding uit.
Scan je computer op virussen en voer de nodige acties uit indien er zaken worden gevonden.
Bij de instellingen van je anti-virus schakel je de optie, opstarten en scannen bij herstarten van pc uit.
Herstart nu je computer en schakel je internetverbinding terug in.


Als het probleem blijft aanhouden is het nodig om ondersteuning te vragen, hiervoor moet je volgende gegevens verzamelen:

1. Het logbestand van de installatie door in een dosvenster deze opdracht in te voeren:

Msiexec /i <Path to the solidworks msi file> /L*v <Path to the log file>

waarbij <Path to the solidworks msi file> verwijst naar de locatie van je installatie-bestand van Solid Works, bv als het zich op een installatie-CD staat:

D:\swwi\data\English_i386_SolidWorks.Msi /L*v C:\log\log.txt

English kan bij jou ook Dutch zijn!

Door deze opdracht wordt er een logje aangemaakt, dat zal verzonden worden naar technische ondersteuning. Dit is te vinden als:
c:\log\log.txt

2. Bovendien moet je alle systeemgebeurtenissen doorsturen. Dit doe je als volgt:


Rechtermuisknop op 'Deze computer', selecteer Beheren.

In Computerbeheer klik je bij Systeemwerkset op Logboeken en kies rechts 'Toepassing'

Klik met rechtermuisknop en kies voor 'Logboekbestand opslaan als'

Kies een toepasselijke naam, bv Toepassingen.evt. Deze extensie is nuttiger dan het gewone txt-formaat.


3. Herhaal deze actie ook voor Systeem met bv als naam SysteemEvents.evt

4. Ga in het startmenu naar Uitvoeren en tik daar:

MSINFO32

en druk op OK of enter.
In het venster systeeminfo klik je in het menu Bestand op Opslaan, geef het de naam SystemInfo.nfo
